Folks, need some help again; this time with a FiiO cable. 
I've misplaced (read lost) my E07k USB cable and replaced it with a generic mini-USB to USB cable (vsonic) and found that there is no sound output through it now when connected to the computer. Only charging happens and I'm able to use it with DAPs. So should I buy a FiiO USB cable to get sound output through the DAC? Doesn't make sense though.

recently changed opamp of my audinst hud mini to burr brown 2134. huge difference.
 
lot of reviews recommended changing it but did'nt expected this much difference in detail retrival.
 
only downside is it has become quiet dark now. hifiman re 400 almost sound like sennheiser hd518 now.

well its our tax structure I guess. 
 
I find additional tax to be unjustified as that money goes to waste anyways.
 
but atleast now I can buy rather expensive stuff with some peace of mind. (cod and all)

import tax is just 30-33 pc for consumers while proaudiohome and headphonezone are selling at double price.

check out the rates of fiio x1 and x5

but yeah with time things are improving for sure
