  FW 2.2.0 + Lurker's L0 + RB Loader
If you're using modern rockbox, just update as usual: unpack, copy update.img, boot Mango, choose Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Firmware update.

hello. I have been having problems because this build that you created does not have RB loader in it and that is why there was a problem loading RB.  I had to download ".rockbox" from page 45 from Cholero modern build.  So please don't say your build has the "RB Loader" because it does not.  I finally figured it out with many errors!

I used it and it works without problem.

You have to copy the .rockbox to root of internal memory and copy the update.img to same place. Then you select Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Firmware update.

It installs the firm and after the reboot, if you place hold on appears a screen to select between mango and rockbox.

You can get the rockbox from here: http://napych.com/other/rockbox-for-ibasso-dx90/official-rockbox-binary-builds/ . Or this post: http://www.head-fi.org/t/727669/rockbox-for-ibasso-dx90-dual-boot-with-mango-stock-firmware/795#post_11534257

No, I tried many times to do napa build, and it only has fw2.2.0 and L0 but NO rockbox loader. I tried it many times. When you download his build "update.img" there is no ".rockbox" in that build. Like he said, just place the update.img into the the main folder of dx90.

You have to have rockbox loader in your dx90 or it won't load rb. This is my experiment

The rockbox is in another file, you can download the last version from: http://napych.com/other/rockbox-for-ibasso-dx90/official-rockbox-binary-builds/ Or this post: http://www.head-fi.org/t/727669/rockbox-for-ibasso-dx90-dual-boot-with-mango-stock-firmware/795#post_11534257

Hey guys, hope everyone's having a good day. My mornings spent today updating the new FW, and it worked like a peach!

Paired with my new V-Moda m100's they sound truly amazing!! Just one issue, every time i increase the volume above 30 i get a warning exclamation mark by the volume level, is that normal, previously it didn't show this? Any help

also it seems like the volume is a lot lower, which is why i have to really pump it up, unless the V-Moda m100s dont get powered enough.

Does this mean i need another amp?

I also perceived a lower volume but it is with replaygain active and files with this tag. It is the same case, Rockbox have an option to up the volume automatically for those files.
