 rish , keep an eye on these , these will please you plenty . for 999 , these are a all what you want , bass , and SQ is top quality too .

  I listen only at low volumes but just to clarify, you are saying that i should keep the volume low on laptop but i can increase the volume on my mobile phone. right?

 
  yes , mobiles just cant have that much voltage or current , its fine with mobiles , and lap-tops too but just dont crank up the volume too high . it can handle 20mw , more too but not for longer . dont worry its safe and fine .

Im new to this forum, i bought a new pair of earphones the famous one "SoundMagic es18 " and it sounds good, Good amount of bass, i mean controlled  and good  Mids but i think treble is little bit low, actually i borrowed the es18 from my friend for testing before buying, i think the old es18 sounds better the highs are awesome and it's litte bit loud too..... do i need to burn my new es18 to reach the same levels(especially highs) the old es18 having.. im using it with My Moto G , Player- Neutron/JetAudio/powerAmp....

   i think burning it will settle things but im not sure if the new ones are different then older ones .

 there is a es18 model with mic too , i have seen on flipkart , im not sure about the exact model no but its an es18 with mic .

mic for your laptop ? it will work with out any doubt . es18 or any other headphone/earphone has nothing to do with it . you should be able to use it with any headphone .

Yeah tat's the problem what to do, i want mic while travelling and audio technica comes with music controls too, what music player u use on mobile, i think Neutron sounds better but UI is not good at all......
