Can anybody compare the dbas to the phiaton ps200s?

Compare in what way specifically? I reviewed both in my multi-thread. The PS200 has a (much) wider soundstage, brighter treble, and warmer mids at the expense of moderate sibilance and lifeless bass.

I'm glad I didn't order the DBA-02 if they're still not shipped out!
The HJE900 also please me a lot more than I expected. Of course it's worth it to wait, but the Hippo VB just can't please me so I would have died by now.

Waiting is so hard....just a few more days......hopefully.......

Its obvious most of you never waited for an Sflo2 or Headstage Arrow.

I have sound magic ones and the one from FA but both of them are too large. I don't know why but this is the only cable I get it with and when I take my glasses off the rubbing noise goes away. I'll have to see if I can fix this by the end of the week.

Maybe if someone rewires my DBA-02 with my M9 cable since these don't really look too difficult to open up if I don't find a fix.

Also does anyone know how these compare to the RE252 or any other similarly priced earphone with same signature. I may look into alternatives if I can't find a fix. I might look into a ER4P/S as I've always wanted to own them. Ideally I'd get a W2 but that's pretty expensive for my use when I get all my gear back in my possession.

There are some similarities with the RE252, but the RE252 have some upper midrange peakiness that the DBA-02 and W2 don't have.  The ears adjust to this coloration after a few minutes and then they become very detailed and transparent.  But I can't get the RE252 deep enough into my ears to get good isolation, like with the DBA-02 or W2.

Thanks I figured the RE252 doesn't offer much isolation compared to others such those from the Westone, Shure, etc. I'd guess it is similar to the RE-Zero or possible a bit more since it does seem to be a bit more flush with the ear. I can get the W2 for around $210 shipped and it is a bit tempting but I'd like to see if I can get try them out somewhere or get a loaner although not likely if I can't figure things out by the weekend. It's pretty strange since when I had them before I loaned it out everything was fine. I wonder what changed since then.

Also, it's worth noting that none of this delay is in part by FA, it's purely the forwarder from the factory. FA's doing all they can along with myself.

I'm really sorry for the wait everyone, I'll do my best to include something special with your orders. I really hope that these glitches will be ironed out in the future.

I'll take a FA-003 w/ my DBAs.  Thx, Ethan.

You already gave a lot of them a 15 dollar or so discount..not much else you can do.

Although I'll order the DBA-02 again if it comes with a FA-003.
