Those are Shure soft flex tips, and the do work with IEMs like the DBAs, Westones, Shures, SM3s, etc. But they don't look like the OEM tips I got with the DBAs. But I guess I should double check.
Seems that some DBA owners like the Etys, some like Etys trimmed to two flanges, and some like the stock tips. Scientifically speaking, they are much like any other IEMs. Once size does not fit all.

In the interest of "IEM science" (Hey, I used to be an aerospace test engineer) with my DBA's, I've tried:
- Ety grey tri-flange
- Ety tri modded to bi-flange
- "Large" Ety bi-flanges (slightly larger than the bi-modded tri's)
- Shure olives.
After all those, the stock DBA mediums are still best in my ear for the superb DBA SQ with well-balanced bass, awesome mids, vocals and details, no harshness or sibilance to my old ears, easy to insert and secure enough. In second place were the large bi-flanges, but the insertion depth and comfort was less, and needed a two-hands for my left ear.
The olives may be OK, but I was afraid to push them very far down the nozzles. Can somebody remind me what the trick is to stretch the core?
Now I'm wondering what would be a good replacement for the stock silicone tips if I lost them - Shure grey tips like these? If yes, anyone know if the Shure sizing agrees with Fischer's?
