My 6 month old HM5s headband broke this morning. I just took them off the other day and I felt it give way, it happened just at the point where the cup attaches to the band.

Is there anyway to get a replacement headband? MP4 nation says it's not covered by warrant.y

I'd just buy some Jaycar clones and keep the cords, ear pads, and all the spare parts you can from the HM5

sometimes you can just snap them back into place. i thought mine was broken till i realized it simply disconnected.  if that's the case, you're fine. if not, then you can do what steve suggested.

They're definitely snapped. They sent another reply and said that if they recieve any returned HM5s that they can take the headband from, they'll post it for free. Hopefully it works out.

Those threads aren't very comforting though.
