Already shipped at July 13, 2017.

Any chance we can get the new tracking number?

Just logged into my RA account and it still shows the old tracking info.

I'm assuming the batteries where shipped (separately) as well but with no tracking. Is this correct?

EDIT: Just got the tracking info via PM. Thanks TJ.

Tried the A1, and my first thought was "There, is, so, much, space!" It is so airy, and in return separation + transparency got improved by a margin. Very satisfying to listen with :)

My P1 just arrived! Thanks TJ.

Now just waiting on the battery which I'm guessing could arrive next week at the earliest. Was tempted to buy another battery and not wait but I'd rather have the official RA one.

I'll try to post pics later. Just need to carefully open the P1.

Hey @tjstyle does the volume knob need to be removed and is it better to remove the front or back plate first?

To access the battery it is not necessary to remove the volume knob. Just remove the 2 front and 2 back screws from the bottom endplates and lift off the bottom. Very quick and easy. A very wise decision by TJ to use batteries with a push-on solderless connector.

Good for you, congratulations. Happy listening, and please let us know of your impression afterwards :)

May be a while before I can post impressions. Tried a battery from one of my portable amps but the 2-pin connector was slightly different and didn't fit (voltage and amperage matched though). Haven't tried it but appears 1800mah replacement batteries for a Dualshock 3 might match up (3.7V and the right connector; stock DS3 battery is only 610mah).

So many variants of batteries makes me more cautious about ordering one from a third party. Still tempted to order the one from amazon linked earlier but waiting to hear from other P1 users if it's a direct fit. Also thinking of some double side tape to adhere battery to the inside back cover and keep it from resting on the circuitry.

In the meantime, took a few pics and got a good look inside the P1 (very simple; thanks @HiFlight ). Really neat pcb layout and clean solder joints; visually, great workmanship.
