been using it for a few months.
lack of bass and recessed mids are the reasons why I'm looking for a replacement. I need a wider and deeper soundstage also. any recommendations? help is appreciated. =)

What do you want to spend,I would just get an decent portable amp similar to the iBassi D4, very contended with the results from my RE0's

Amps are not for me. I hate the bulkiness of them.
I'm currently looking at Fischer Audio Eterna V2. Any other recommendations?

What is your price range?
Hippo VB,  Radius DDM, DBA-02, RE0, HJE900 is in sub 200 dollars price range.
Above that IE8, e-Q7, FX700, SM3, UM3X, CK10
 
You much decide which driver you want, Balanced armature or Dynamic, it will be easier to make a decision.

what's the difference between BA and dynamic?
my budget would be roughly around my current iem, the RE0.
I wouldn't mind paying a lil more if it's worth it.
