Any word on the new firmware release? I am really hopping for at least a 15,000 song limit this time.

I just finished re-ripping my CD collection to flac. I removed all the duplicate songs and used the nicest album art I could find 500x500 or 600x600. Collection is close to 13,050 songs @ 361GB

erm I believe since you bought it from a fellow head-fier you should ask he/she for the dealer contact. Don't think they can locate it for you just like that. Won't hurt.

Thanks , but I sent an email.They did not even answer me,5 pieces I wrote an email, but again no answer..What do you think I should do.

Well if you bought it on headfi you probably have his ign/contact so probably start from there and contact the original seller. But if hes not replying you then Im not sure how to help. Or ask @Questyle directly here. Maybe Bruce can help you.

I'm just checking for new firmware.

I'm at work now and I can't seem to get to http://www.questyleaudio.com

Anyone else having this problem? I can get to their 'mobile' site with my phone but there is no 'download' section to check for new firmware

I've periodicly looked on the website. I don't think it has changed much in months. I was curious about their new gold standard 800s and 192Ds as well as any reviews, updates and such. It's almost as though Questyle U.S. has gone into hibernation mode.

I don't think they are going out of business but could be busy. I could be wrong but I don't think too many other makers in this realm update that often. Yes it would be nice but I don't think they're too bad. That said it would be nice if they gave some progress reports as to give users some notice on what's going on.
