Sound Stage in Isolating Cans is like a hot chick that loves watching football.  I'm not saying they don't exist, but they are super rare.  In my personal experience, only the K550s have fit the bill.  And I have still yet to date a girl that loves watching football.

Hahaaaa right on. I love over the ear headphones, without a doubt. But could I hear this kind of quality sound AND isolation in In ear moniters? Don't really wish to go down that road because of personal preference, but if it's worth I will.

I was gonna recommend the hd25 until I read you wanted good soundstage... still, give them a try on any store that demo them. Other than soundstage, they are perfect for you: nice sound signature for rock, over the ear, durable and sturdy.
