Anyone able to give a quick comparison between these and the dunu dn 1000? I really enjoy the bass of the 1000s but can make things a little too warm sounding sometimes and I think the treble can suffer a bit. i didn't really take to the 2000s as the mids were too forward for my liking. I prefer slightly more V shaped set. Can get for £230

idk dn1000, w/ q-jays I'm not sure bass is elevated enough to fit a 'V' description without EQ- might check out some of JVC's iems

I love the Q-Jays. Great sound and very usable in ears.

what type of source is good for qjays?

They sound great with any of my sources, but daily, it's my iBasso DX90.
At night, if I'm not wearing full cans, it's through my Luxman amp. Gives them a very very slight touch of warmth and body.

Lots of variables, of course...
But the very slightest warmth is good to my ears.

You guys are absolutely amazing!!!!! BasEd upon reports here and opinions on Shure olives, I finally ordered some. WowoWo what a big difference in quality! They seem more wear proof and isolate better than comply foam buds in the same class. I Definitely recommend Shure olives with the QJAYDS!

The only tips I have found that fit my ears well with my Q-jays and allow a deep insertion is the green Westone Star Tip which I used for years with my ER4's.

Hello! My quest for a neutral IEM has led me to these little guys. I haven't heard much about these so far but the price tag is within my 200-400 range.
