Is there any difference with the white Anniversary Edition? Or just the color?

Two differences: the shells are stainless steel with no black coating like the regular ones, so the resonant frequency will be different, and the cable uses better quality copper conductors. I’ve never heard standard q-JAYS, but I do like the AEs.
From my experience with ortofon e-q8 the white cable turns into gray color with years)

No, I haven’t had that issue at all, and this is my go to IEM for my long walks out in the sun. I think I’ve owned it now for two years, but the cable looks as pristine as it did when it was brand new.
I see there is an option of the Audio Only (without remote box) cable on ebay? Has anybody tried this? Is this 3 or 4 wires? thanks.
Made it balanced myself. Ugly but sounds excellent!
