A very nice setup Indeed!

That wooden chair is WILD! Just look at the figure on it. The rack wood is also quite nice.

Are those the 7 series B&W's or one of the earlier 6 series models? And how does the Cobalt Dac pair with them?

Boy, those older Denon amps sure do look nice.

Thanks! It's a curly Koa slat back rocker.

The B&Ws are the DM603s and they pair very well with the Theta Cobalt. The Sony and EMU I had for sources were too bright for them so the Cobalt added a welcome bit of warmth. The soundstaging is also much wider and deeper than the stock players. I think a nice tube pre-amp will be my next addition though.

Ha ha ,indeed!I use the stand for Lambdas mainly. When watching movies i use the mini stax b/c they are lighter and i find them more comfortable than the bigger Stax headphones,err...earspeakers.For well recorded/mastered music i use Lambdas.

Ah, so they are the 6 series.
Back a while ago I was thinking of replacing my budget receiver for my DM603s, and even with my warm dac I was worried that a SS amp (like a rotel) would be a bit harsh, so perhaps a tube pre-amp would be just what the doctor ordered.

Hm, now all I need is the money. ~_~

Never said there was anything wrong with it

I really like the PX-100s. Theyre really great for costing so little. I probably use them more then my ESW9s
