Design is very AK, what has gotten me excited is the sabre dac and amp design at a very reasonable price.

It has the now popular 2.5 mm trrs, it is clear who they are targeting.

I'm probably not looking at the right spot but where is the 2.5mm TRRS jack?

Wow fail on my behalf, I think in the midst of it all I confused and ignored the upcoming onkyo dap as the pioneer dap,

I guess another dap also coming from onkyo!

By the looks of what it offers on the outside (Touch screen, wifi streaming, android os, 32GB internal, dual micro SD slots) this guy seems to b a fantastic deal for what it offers. Now to see how the sound is

Been told it's going to cost £380 in the UK. That's a very good price for what it offers.

It needs to have optical output though.

Wow that Onkyo dap is quite promising. I doubt it but I hope it has digital out. Even if it doesn't, it seems to be a worthy upgrade to my AK100ii. I hope it's not like twice as expensive to this Pioneer one.

Nice features but so large. If they keep going like this daps will be the size of a tablet.
