Yes i have tried With My balance headphones : HD 800 , ed 8 ruthenium and My UM Miracle .

Compare to the single ended , The balance more separation , The instrument i can hear

More Clear . And bass impact more detail.

No The cable do not run Out from My pelican case.

I use My pelican case Only For transport My set Up In the safe way.

If i want hear My set Up insite My car , i take Out the gears and plug All

My cable and starting to hear My set Up

I have yet to encounter anyone with a portable rig other than at a meet, very cool that you found someone!

got my inspiration from a lot of the pictures i've seen on this thread (and a lot of time to save money on my really lame budget). the ipod and the e17 arrived today.
 
my trusty old um2's (they're going on 10 years now! some yellowing but still going strong) > classic 160 > fiio e17. cheap but effective, i'm really happy.

Alo Pan Am mid is a bit laidback , Alo Rx 3 B more forward

Bass: Alo Rx 3 B has Better bass impact , fullbody and very Deep and solid bass

Separation : Alo Pan Am has Better muic separation than Alo Rx 3 B

Soundstage : Alo Pan Am has Better soundstage , Alo Rx 3 B has more Depth

Overall : For audiophile jazz musik Alo Pan Am Better than Alo Rx 3 B
For rock and muic With a Lot OF bass Alo Rx 3 B is Better than Alo Pan Am ,
Alo Rx 3 B has Better Speed than Alo Pan Am .

I think we should all chip in and give this person a huge golden crown or something. He/she's held on to the same iems for 10 years. Again, 10 freaking years without upgrading or getting something else. This is a rare breed among those of us who change headphones like one changes his/her underwear everyday.
