I use sonicstage to record my md's, not recorded line and the tracks are recorded as Any player.

Probably not. I have the iPhone 4s with the insanely thin Elago S4 case, and I still had to file down the sides to squeeze my L9 in. I'd suggest getting a smaller case, I mean it's not like a standalone mp3 player should take much abuse

looks like i'm going to have to do some filing.
or just buy the slimmer LOD cable.

That's all of the copper I got, roughly 1 1/2 inches long. Yeah, quite expensive. It's very good though.
