@ matman those A-jays look really sweet though i cant help thinking that cable might look/feel weird when they are being worn.

i know your gear is listed in your sig, but i cant figure out what that purple thing is, and what kind of player you have next to your D2000 in the middle photo

thanks

What is the EQ App you have here? Looking for something like this for my Droid.

it's called DSP Manager. it can be put on the droid, but it has to be rooted. makes quite a huge difference though.

is that a parametric eq on a portable player/phone?!?.. wow im jelous!

it's not exactly parametric. you cant adjust what width you want to use, so i don't think it qualifies as being parametric. it has 5 preset bands that can be adjusted, but you cant decide what frequency those 5 bands are, they are preset, i'm pretty sure this also means it's not parametric. it's just 5 bands that are user adjustable. it works well though, and luckily my headphones don't really need any crazy EQing.

Its iriver H320 [with 16gb CF card instead of 20 gb HDD]- quite an old unit. As for the cable- it doesn't really make much of a difference- it's basicly the same "feeling"

A-jays three sound really good, main charcter is similar to Audeo, except the extended bass [wich is quite detailed and deep] and sometimes to harsh hights, but these are very good for the price.

My portable gear is very simple and not much to look at since I have practically no commute and drive everywhere.
Other portable gears includes an iRiver H120, a 4gb Sansa Fuze, zagg z.buds edge (like its cord management. The sound? Not so much)  and  AT ESW9.
I think I will be adding a AT FC700A to the mix.  I want something with a headband so I can just slide it off my ears at work when necessary, instead of having to find places to put my earbuds in.  I am also looking to add a Clip/Clip+ to make it even lighter.

Here is my Rockboxed 8GB Sansa Fuze with Yuin PK3 and Sumajin smartwrap
