Wow, the two iriver remotes are bigger than some modern MP3 players.

My Cowon X5 remote is quite a bit bigger than a Sansa Clip or iPod Shuffle as well.

No, that's different hardware. You can always download the current Clip v2 build here: http://build.rockbox.org/data/rockbox-sansaclipv2.zip - not sure how stable it is, though. It is stable for about 45 seconds, then it crashes out of rockbox. So, not too stable!
