**** now some rigs here are just amazing! I have a D2 with Shure se-210 (now too lazy to upload picts), but having no amp just makes the pict not worth showing ^^

can't.... stop... becoming.... audiophile.... help...

The Noble 50k 31-step is IMO one of the best Potentiometers ever made. It is what I use in my SSMH based amp and is really superb esp. when compared to an Alps Blue Velvet.

The pic is not clear enough for me to see the chip text, but at any rate it is well done and completely backpackable.

I assume that the iPod has been modded for the output on the mini port. Otherwise, you need a dock to mini adapter quick!

I got it from SVN a few minutes ago. It's not fully functional yet, and it's not recommended to install yet.

But feature-wise it of course already pwns the crippled/limited original firmware so much it's not even funny.

I'm doing my traditional "Dark Side of the Moon" listening at the moment, to celebrate gapless.

Clips are nice. And the footprint is tiny. You can get them for cheap also.
