Nice stuff!

Is that a recliner?

Yes, it's an electric one, but I don't do much reclining in it.

Great gear David! I really like the custom racks you ordered for your gear. Great idea.

Thanks, they were done from drawings I did from the same local place that did my garden gates.
They were made using mild steel then welded. Extremely strong.

Great gear like that needs a quality home. The details polish things off nicely.

As can be seen in the photo, my gear is on power. That's because I've been listening ( and still am while I'm writing this post ) to my 009 / BHSE and LCD-XC / GS-Xmk2, and it's just as well I listen to that gear in a recliner, because I'm in headphone utopia from both combos.

Thanks guys. I'm going to my local gates place that did my audio racks , to ask Mick ( the owner ) to do me a mini rack very similar to the one that my GS-Xmk2's amp section is on.
This mini rack will be for my MacMini which can be seen on the middle shelf. IMO the MacMini as it is doesn't look bad, I just think it'd look better if it was towards the centre of that shelf.

Interesting David, as I'd like to stack my amp on top of the Linn DS. Can you please ask him what is the max load for such a rack?

Hi Massi. I don't need to ask Mick that because IMO there isn't an amp heavy enough that the racks he's done for me couldn't handle the weight.
At the time Mick did me the rack used with my GS-Xmk2, I weighed 12.6st and I stood on it and also did some squats. I'm now 10.6st but I wouldn't mind betting that rack could support several times my weight, after all the racks are welded steel.
