Yay, DmC has options for HD textures, shadows, etc. Beat the first mission, no issues other than cinematics look straight console port.

For some reason it's only just occurred to me that a lot of the ambient language is in Canto. Makes me quite happy since it's set in HK. They should get a full Canto language pack out.

Good god, Cinema 4D's HAIR module is a broken mess, the documentation just shows some pretty pictures which are utterly useless for actually helping a person get similar result and every tutorial I see online is for making grass.

8 core AMD at 3.6GHz? Guess that's actually 28.8GHz.

Want to game? Here's a HD5450 GPU.

LOL

Ebay:

Add in Hyper Threading if that was an Intel and that is 57.6 GHz!!

And it comes with a super Fast INTEL HD 3000 CHIP. For UBER fast GAMING performance!

Slowly getting to grips the the pesky HAIR module. Not really liking the fringe atm, will probably rework it into a parting at the front instead. Happy with the back though. I think I prefer the black/really dark brown hair. The lighter brown tends to end up as an overblown reddish brown in strong lighting.

Aha, nice one! I'm taking this as a joke on the architecture for a generic processor's speed really is stackable just because it's multi-core.

Seriously. Just no... not all softwares utilize every single core clocking at 3.6ghz "each" (in example case in quote). *facepalm*

But yeah.

Making a pipeline bigger (aka making more cores) isn't going to make a stream of water flow any faster. Might create programs better to utilize the cores in order to increase efficiency of the programs themselves (aka pushing more water in those pipelines in one go because of more space).

Okay guys...
My new IPS monitor had a scratch in it, and Newegg is all outta stock of this model LG, so they're sending me a refund.
So... Best monitor under $200 that's at least 23" and 1080p?
Thanks

Dell refurb(Dell warranty service is amazing though)
LG(if there's another model)
BenQ, AOC, Viewsonic, Asus, Samsung, HP

At this price range everyone uses the same LG based panel anyhow(except Samsung who use their semi-proprietary PLS/IPS panel). Just pick the one with the best warrenty, looks and a sturdy stand.
