I feel for you man. I have been putting off History courses for awhile now, so this semester is my first time ever taking a History class. (In high school I was never in class, and a blank test=B+ lool)
So yeah, instead of taking class, I spent my time at network gaming cafes playing Guitar Hero / Counter Strike or trying to persuade my way into the mall.
 
EDIT:  Forgot to mention, for some reason the misc details our Historian Professor brings into the lecture are the only details I remember..
