I lost one of my M silicone tips and I can´t find a good website other than this one (http://www.ortofon.com/silicone-eartips-set-p-577) to buy new ones. But they are, with shipping, in total 20 euro, which I find a bit much. Does anymore no a better (cheaper) website where I can buy the M silicone tips? Thanks!

MusicaAcoustics is a dealer and where I bought my eartips. Unfortunately, their price has gone up considerably since my purchase a few months ago. 
 
There are a few listings on ebay that you may want to check out. None are cheap and possibly due to the e-Q series being discontinued.

Thank you for helping so fast. It looks like the price will not go down. So I'm thinking about buying Spinfit if I have to spend this amount anyway. The M silicone Ortofon tips fitted perfectly. Does anybody knows which size of the Spinfit i should buy? I read somewhere that Ortofon had a weird way of sizing so maybe I need a different size?
