Please bear in mind the time, that I'm on a long weekend, and forgive me.

Purgatos, that avatar is seriously the cutest thing I've ever seen. Seriously. I wanna hug that squirrel.

I completely agree. For the price of an SR60 and a set of bowls, you get a pair of SR60s AND SR80s, from my experience.

LOL then what about the SR80? I still want to listen to it first in person though... just to make sure LOL

I commented a long time ago. I'll bring my SR80s, people will have SR60s, there will be MS1s most likely. If you ask nicely you might be able to get a better deal on the Grados if you ask somebody from the states to bring them up (69 and 95 american vs. 119 and 150 Canadian). Obviously you wouldn't have the time to test though

. Personally I would never spend the retail price here in Canada - MS1 all the way.

Does anyone have HD650s? That's a big one to finish out the Sennheisser lineup...

I'm trying to free up my schedule to make it here, I'll bring my HD650's with both DIY cables if I can make it. Looks like a really nice list of stuff benig brought.

Hopefully I'll see the CanAmp there, I really wanted to find out what all the fuss was about. Plus I really hope to see the RA-1 there, maybe compare it to mine

It would be great if you can make it. I'd love to check out your custom Senn cables on my (formerly your) HD600's. Now that I've got a setup that I'm really happy with, cables are probably the next investment.

Sweet, I look forward to meeting you. We can do a K340/K701 head to head.

Also... that is perhaps the greatest idea for a custom Jay product.

That is great news! Make sure he also brings his Stax Omega and Gamma headphones! I can't wait to hear them... will be nice to chat with Peter again as well. This is really shaping up to be a great meet. Quote:

It is about time!

-------------------------------------------------------

I am looking forward to playing around with some vinyl gear and will be bringing my half dozen or so records.

Never been cleaned or anything, so if anyone has a brush... or whatever you use... that would be good.

I am looking forward to hearing the McAlister phono stage. I know how great his dynamic amplifiers sound, and apparently his phono stages are what he is really known for... so they should be excellent to say the least.

I just took a peak at the headphones list. We need some HP1000's and K1000's people!

Just listening to my headphone system for the first time in at least 2 weeks as I just got back from vacation... I missed this.

EDIT: Forgot to add that, pending confirmation, I may have a VERY high dollar and rare DAC with me for the meet on loan from the owner. Will post back once it has been confirmed.
