I'm really looking forward to the upcoming meet, as I've been doing quite a bit of headphone listening of late. And of course, I miss you guys!
I checked out what people are bringing, and I figured I would bring something a little different........mostly "old school" stuff. Here's a tentative list, if all goes as planned:

Be prepared for some summer cruises to Mattituck. I'm hankering for some wine country meandering. Of course, we need to stop at the local coffee house for some expresso! Maybe we can make it to Greenport this time, if I'm not to tuckered out by the time I get to your house.

Thank you very much. Its good to be aboard. All I have is a pair of Grado SR60s. Thats why I`m looking to upgrade big time..........Spoke to Jack at Woo Audio. I was planning to head to Queens to his shop when he told me its not a retail store. But, that he was coming to the meet. I`ve read great things about their headphone amps. Especially the WA 6.

Wow, thats a lot of headphones! Do you actually listen to all of them?! You could opeen a Grado store..........

Thats the thing i want to try few remaining Grado's I have not heard so I can finally, stop wondering about some other Grado! Im a fan but I think im almost done with the Grado's just want to be sure I have not missed anything...... let me know if this what generally happens, im still kinda new to this hobby

Did anyone mention that they were going to take on the name tag task?

BTW- I should be getting my surprise amp tomorrow night. I won't be sleeping Wednesday night.

i am not quite sure if i will be able to make it, but if i do, is anyone interested in any specific equipment i have? i'll probably bring a carrie/grub at least, as it is still a new kid on the block, and my doobooloo balanced amp

also what i think would be cool at these meets is a take some diy, leave some diy box. i know everyone has a bunch of spare crap laying around their house, maybe it would be cool if i throw in a bantam board and an alien board, and took out a switch or something
