What is the average waiting time for K10 CIEMS? 
 
I thought it was around 6~8weeks, but this is my 10th week. 
 
Haven't got a photo of them yet so.. i guess its still in the process of being manufactured.

The time was at 8 weeks in Mar at CanJam, this is 8 weeks after being received at the lab. You should have gotten an email saying your impressions have been received.

I've checked the tax i must pay if i order k10 ciem to germany, it's 381.09€ , which is too much i think. So i have a question , if i buy this but i send it to my friend in the US, and he will give me when he come back, do i still need to pay the taxes when he brings it to me personally?

Technically yes. And as a German citizen I can only advice you to register the import of this product at customs when your friend arrives and pay the 19% import duty on items about $250. Because everything else would be tax fraud and we don't want that.

P.S. Pulled out my Noble 3 for a while and sent the Savant into storage. Still a surprisingly good iem.
