On January 14, 2014, Chengdu Rogue V (RV) Audio Technology Co. Ltd. was raided for allegedly making and selling infringing ear monitors, in connection with a website Noble Audio registered overseas, by the legal department of the Jin Niu Branch of the Chengdu Administration for Industry and Commerce. The victimized company reserves all the rights for further legal actions against the company, related parties and individuals.
Now why would Heir put that on their site, other than to try and tarnish Nobles reputation? Legal matters can be kept private, looks to me like nothing more than crying cause they have lost customers.

I agree. Heir putting that on their website makes them look bad! Basically they are admitting to the fact that they are accusing Noble of "infringing" on Heir's products. Does that mean Heir was behind the raid? I guess if they didn't put it on their website, no one would know about it.
It sure is a poor attempt at tarnishing Noble's reputation. To me it actually tarnishes Heir's reputation. Who is going to buy Heir products now? Even if they somehow managed to stop Noble from selling products, would everyone just start buying Heir products instead? Highly unlikely.
Indeed. In my eyes, openly taking credit for the raid (as this legal announcement appears to do, in a roundabout way) only indicates that the folks at Heir Audio are clueless about how to handle the company's public image well.
Its not like I am looking for new CIEM's right now, but lets just say. Heir has ZERO chance of getting business from me. I even told a friend recently who asked about getting something new, to look into the N4 or N3. Maybe they feel since its listed as a LAWYERS statement, its fine to post.
This response pretty much sums it up and it should be left at that. We'll never know the legal details/issues between the two companies or what bridges were burned in the process.
On a total side note, I can't wait to receive my 4.A S.

Wow, those are really freaking gorgeous! Makes me want to order another K10. Maybe an 8C this time. Really, though, I want a 6S! How do you guys keep up with this madness? You outdo yourselves with each new design. You're really a damn Wizard!
