Just food. Interestingly enough American fast food restaurants such as McDonald's, KFC and Pizza Hut are held in rather high esteem there. Starbucks is also increasingly successfully infiltrating their way in with their sugary drinks. Also, my experiences have taught me to never, ever eat steak in China no matter how much you may miss it. They don't believe in the concept of medium rare, or even medium. It's well done all the way. Chinese breakfasts are the best breakfasts in the world though. Every city has multiple areas where you can go in the morning and choose between 10 different amazingly delicious things for cents, or in this case Yuan, on the dollar.

Um, I said I speak mandarin, I can't read it for beans! I never really tried to develop that ability, my brother, on the other hand did. It is kind of weird, he can't speak it very well, but can read, I can speak it much better than him, but can't read!

Have a general question regarding the tuning process.  Do you guys check to see if it's tuned to a specific FR?  How do you guys tune the FR?  If one were to redo a custom from another lab, how would that affect the tune?  Would they not be able to retune to the original FR?

I'm guessing this is top secret Bletchley Park, kind of info. You would need like a secret decoder ring, to join the inner circle, and get that info.
