Then you should have bought the Falcon 1 or Falcon 2 instead. They're water-resistant up to IP54. I even took my Falcon 1 into the bathroom to take a shower while listening to music. That said, they malfunctioned after a few months, I dissembled the internal parts and found some water stains around the 6mm dynamic driver. That means, even IP54 water-resistant models as Falcon 1/2, they could be damaged by water, a no IP-rated model as Rex5 shouldn't be used while being exposed to rain. Sweating? I think Rex5 should be fine.
It's fine, I have the Rex5 and the Beoplay Eleven's I will just use the Beoplay's in the rain. I was just curious.

I found one pair of these on e-earphones a month ago, but I hesitated a little bit due to their slightly damaged shells. Now they're gone :(

Green, Gold And Glorious…When Sound Matches The Drive:

Received Rex5 this week and am quite impressed with sound quality, features and ease of use with the app. I set up with personal EQ after the hearing test. I have to, admit going into this I was skeptical, thinking it’s more marketing gimmick. Well, it’s real, very real. The personal, auto generated EQ is significantly better for my listening. Night and day. Congrats @FullCircle for bringing this innovation to an IEM. I would describe the sound signature as neutral, superior instrument separation and vast soundstage. Very natural, life-like timbre with exceptional note weight. I prefer these over Triumph. I was using Prestige for Gym but realized with noise cancelling and EQ I can bump the bass for a workout with Rex5. My only gripe is sound level, similar to Triumph. On my iPhone at the highest volume it sits below my ideal listening levels.

How would you compare the prestige to the Rex5? How is the fit of these two compared to the Onyx or the Chronicle?

When for a long run today on the Beach. I love my Rex5. Thanks for making them @FullCircle

A visually stunning tribute to the Noble FoKus Rex5 true wireless earbuds, accurately depicting their black and green marble design with the signature gold crown logo on each earbud. The earbuds are displayed floating in mid-air with no charging case, surrounded by a glowing, dreamy background filled with heart-shaped lights and radiant sound waves, symbolizing deep appreciation and love. A large, luminous heart encircles the earbuds, radiating warmth and passion. Musical notes swirl around, enhancing the atmosphere of admiration and devotion to these premium earbuds. Only the earbuds should be present in the image, with absolutely no charging case.

Which eartips did you use?
I'm set with the AZLA xelastec 2. But here is what is interesting. Because the nozzle is so big, I tried sizing down from a large to a medium. The medium worked. I'll run today with a large and see what I think.

ETA, well today I used the Large tips and had the strangest experience with Ambient Mode. Voices were wacky. I went back and forth with Chat GPT and I think it's because the fit was too tight. The mediums stay put, so I will go with the mediums. What is interesting is the large size was fine with my AZ 80's, the Sony WF5's and the Pi8. Maybe the larger nozzle caused the problem.

For folks with the Rex5, what app is compatible with that? I use the Noble FoKus app and it cannot connect to the Rex5. I should note I am doing this from a Samsung S22 Ultra. BT connection between the Rex5 and the phone is fine and I am listening to music on it, but just cannot get on the app to do any further configuration.

Getting these TWS and the Nobel FoKus app to talk to each other is a PIA… I cannot get a connection between the app and the TWS on my Android phone. I can on my iOS device (iPad), but that connection between the app and the TWS keeps dropping and I have to keep reconnecting the two.

Also, tapping and holding the bud does not cycle through ANC and ambient modes - it actually disconnects the TWS.

I think there’s still some work to do, Noble!!!

I am having similar issues with my Pixel 9 Pro. The IEM's will just not connect to the app. I also have the app on my Samsung S9 tablet, and they connect to the app on that device perfectly fine.

I have tried the trouble shooting tips with no success as yet. Interestingly I did install the app on the Pixel first, and when it would not connect, only then installed on the Samsung, where it connected first go.

Interesting.........

Yup, thanks for the pointer! I’m on head-fi to see if other users have these experiences and what they’ve done. I’ll reach out to customer support to see if they can help me. And if they do I’ll post that feedback here in case it will benefit others.

Kai & Jim have the most experience with the App/TWS trouble shooting at HQ. Your issue may have been something they have seen before.
