Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

Neither is a sub-bass monster, in my opinion. But to my ears, the sub-bass on the Monachaa is more layered and analogue sounding. The Spartacus attacks faster but decays faster so is not as meaty or full. But again - Monachaa is not a sub-bass first IEM. It's really a mid/upper-mid first IEM, with incredible 3D holography and deeply satisfying subbass. Also the BCD on the Spartacus does not affect subbass from what I can tell, which could have been a game-changer...
Thank you so much, i compare the two on Friday and am ready to purchase either one, i just want the heaviest bass possible and like these two pairs specs alot.

Again it comes down to what you perceive as "heavy" - hard and quick or deep and nuanced

They fit too perfect and the bass was too good to say no to. I got a brand new pair for $1440

Just listening to Spartacus again through the SP3000

I initially thought they didn’t pair well enough with the Sp3000 and were more dynamic with the Hugo2.

Then I realised the BCD’s come alive at slightly higher volumes (e.g. 50 on the SP3000). Or maybe my ears are burning in to the sound.

I’m very, very glad I bought these. Whilst I have a few cable trials with Eletech planned, I think the Spartacus are wonderful value from a cost v performance ratio. Not end-game but they’re fun annd engaging. And BCD’s are fun!
