The Falcon ANC had Aptx Adaptive 1.2. The regular Aptx Adaptive has a a variable bit rate up to 420kbps. Under 1.2, the adaptive bitrate goes up to 860kbps
So going from the Falcon ANC, I think the Mystique might have 1.2.

I don't know what that would be about, as that would be considered internal information & and I'm pretty much the only member of Noble that posts on head-fi.org

The FoKus Pro is often spoken about when the Mystique is the topic of the conversation, probably due to the fact that the FoKus is considered the benchmark for the FoKus product line.
