Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

I've no idea what went on and don't really need to. Shame though. He seemed like a nice guy.

Nice is great, but it can also be just that, nice on the outside. I just want people to know what may have been going on may not reflect Noble as a company. If there really are CS issues not being taken care of, then complaints could be valid. I know they wouldn't be an issue if I was handling them, but once again, I don't work for Noble. I have had people tell me one thing and then not follow through with doing what they said they would do, so no company is 100% perfect. I even had issues with Brannan and made sure John knew it, so once again, maybe that was him running things his way and not a representation of the whole company. It has to be tough when the major owner at the time lives half away across the world, I don't know anyone that can see that far.

Yes, Brannan is gone, not sure how or why he is fielding CS questions (may be some confusion there).

Most often times I ask for a photo to get a more clear idea what is going on as a lot of our customers English is not their first language.

And for other news

I'm back in Japan

I'm just glad we got past all that and are moving forward. I know some are still feeling the aftermath of the events, but I have faith in John that he will make things right. Anyone that puts this much passion into creating such wonderful products as the Noble gems will not let fundamental aspects of the business such as customer service ruin the customer experience. Noble is just getting back on its feet, I'm sure it'll be leading the industry again, just give it some time and have a bit of patience.

I also don't work for Noble, or have a stake in the company, just a loyal fan.

Hi John, will you be attending the Canjam in Shanghai next weekend?

No

Our distributors will not be attending at an official capacity so we wont be there.

Although I wish I could be, I have a lot of fond memories of Shanghai.
It’s a shame, as it is going to be a very interesting event with the growing of audiophile in China.

I was kinda surprise when looking through the list of participants but didn’t see your name while other brands under the same distributor will be there.

Yes

Our distributor wants to "feel out" attendance this year and make sure the cost benefit will be worthwhile next year.

I will be at the Singapore show.
I wish I have time to go to Singapore, a truly lovely city.

Do you have any update on the Kodachi?
