I just bought a Audio-Technica A500 for 30  euro (about $35).

 It was a demo model for coolbleu.nl 
I will use this with a Clip+ and Fiio e11. Is this a nice deal?
First i was looking for a Sennheiser 201 am i better of now?

You'd have to try pretty hard to do worse than a Sennheiser HD 201. They sound absolutely awful.

For $35 or so, they're excellent. I had gotten the AD500's for $30 a while back when there was a weird sale at Walmart. A few of us ordered and got them. Way cheaper than retail. They're decent headphones. I found them to have very little bass, but otherwise, rather decent. I did a review of the AD500, which is in my sig. Maybe check it out, let me know how the closed version compares (especially bass wise)?
