You people do know that this is what you get when you make a product and announce it, a product that everyone is waiting for, this is not limited to audiophile products, the same was with Diablo 3, the same is with any product.
 
Either don't announce it before you are ready, or bare with the consequences.

1. If you want certainty as to the release date, or are unhappy with delays, please move on. There are plenty of other fine products out there.
 
2. I will keep you updated at least once a week regarding progress on the Ragnarok, and Yggdrasil when we are closer.
 
3. We are sorry we misjudged the timing.
 
Perhaps it would be better to announce the products have been cancelled, so we can look forward to the future without expectations.

Hey, that sounds like a plan.  Announce cancellation of these new products, then when they are ready release them with a "Back by popular demand!" header.  Or have them distributed by Netflix: it works for the broadcast/cable industry.

Honestly, I don't think we'll be making anything over $1000 ever again.
