I just got my 8323s in earlier today. I've only had less than an hour of time with them, and only on my portable setup, but HOLY COW! For 21 dollars, these are simply unbelievable. As in, I literally would not believe anyone who told me that these sound THIS good. I haven't directly A/Bed them with my ATH-M50S, but from memory the only difference I can tell is that the M50s seem to have a much more narrow soundstage and more clarity in the higher frequencies. The lows and mids are identical, at least from memory. I think these 8323s are more comfortable, too, and the soundstage is pretty darn wide for closed headphones.
 
 When I get home I'm going to A/B these and my ATH-M50S to see what the real deal is, but count me as beyond impressed already. I'm going to show these to as many of my friends/family as I can. I've already got a coworker who wants a pair. He's no audiophile or anything, but his first impression was "Whoah.. that's incredible."
 
 I don't disagree, not for 21 dollars.
