Hi. I'm a new member and am posting here first so I can start posting elsewhere, once I get approved. I ended up here at head-fi after looking into improving the sound from my PC. I have a Schiit Modi and Jot and Sennheiser HD660's, though it's probably overkill for my olding ears...

Long time Lurker, first time poster, hey everyone
Hi everyone,
I'm new here. I wouldn't say I'm an audiophile by any means but I think I can appreciate good sound. I'm here to learn more about how to improve my audio experiences and get some suggestions on a good starting point.

Hi to everyone!
I was an anonymous Head-Fi reader for quite some time.
My headphone journey probably started in 2016 when I bought a pair of HD650s and a Schiit Valhalla 2/Modi Uber stack.
Head-Fi has played a great role in my purchase decisions since then.
Now I (finally) managed to register and to join this wonderful community!

Hello all from the (at the moment not so) sunny land of Spain!
Some great info to be found on this site and forum!

hey everyone,
greetings from germany! I'm a musician, retro-gamer and might have found another hobby - spending too much money on audio equipment. It started, when a close friend of mine showed me his HD600. At that point, i realized, that i need something like this asap. So i bought an HD700, about 4 years ago. I have to say - there was never any need for me, to get used to its sound, to try to like it, even if so many hate them. I absolutely adore my HD700s, these cans are amazing!! I also have a B&W P9 signature, an Audeze CL-8 CB and a Chord Mojo. Oh, and two P&W P5s, series I and II, as well as an HD414. And some Superluxes and monoprice M300 IEMs. But guess what? From my point of view, the HD700 beats all of them. It might have something to do with what i'm used to - i've used the HD700 for years, on a daily basis, at my PC and TV - but i still think, the HD700 outperforms all of my other HPs in detail, clarity and trebles. So, now that that's out of the way - i'm currently searching for the best portable non-ANC-headphone possible in this thread, you're input is welcome. https://www.head-fi.org/threads/best-headphone-non-anc-you-can-think-of-using-as-portable.897626/

Hi guys.
I’ve had this account for years. But never really delved deeper into it. Now I’ve bought some Fiio F9 Pro’s and a Fiio X1ii and aiming to expand further into the scene
Nice to meet you all

I´ve also has this account for years, but after all this reading and trying audio equipment, I would like to share my experience, help others, as others have helped me, and continue learning
