Hello everyone, I am Jack and I am new here. I just got my FiiO x5 ii and am very happy about it! The recommendations that I found in this forum helped me understand that there are much better solutions for listening to music on the go out there, than smartphones. I am also using Sennheiser HD 598, SoundMagic e50 and e10, and Audioengine A5+ speakers. Hopefully I'll find much more in here.

hello everyone this is kartick. i have reading and following head-fi for past 1 year and finally decided to make an account today. Head-fi had introduced me to chinese iems and i have already bought multiple of those. i even bought a Ath-m50x after reading various reviews from head-fi. More Recently i had bought the fiio q1 and now looking ahead for many more purchase as i this is now a addicting  hobby.

I'm from the southern part of Sweden. I have been collecting vinyl since I saw The Beatles the first time live at "Drop In" in Stockholm, Sweden 1963. Now... more than 50 years later I have more than a ton (1.000 kgs) of vinyl albums which means 5.000+ vinyl 12" albums and hundreds of 7" EPs and 7" singles and also hundreds of 12" maxi singles.
 
Have a dozen of turntables but my favorite is my Thorens which still is working after 40 years. My amplifier today is a ONKYO A-809 and my loudspeakers is DALI CONCEPT 10.
 
In the 70's I also was the manufacture of the famous bootleg label STONED RECORDS (see link below for covers).

Hello all - I've just joined head-fi two weeks ago and am looking very much forward to attending the Head-fi So Cal CanJam later this week. I have recently retired from my job as band director and have been - and continue to be - very much interested in orchestral and concert band music. I've always been a "loudspeaker" guy but recently have become interested in listening to music on headphones. I am a regular attendee and subscriber to the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Pacific Symphony, and the Long Beach Symphony. I live in Corona. CA (about 40 miles east of L.A) and am always looking for like-minded people in the area with whom to share and compare recordings.

Most of my gears are portable AK240+AKR03, DP-X1+togo 334, Hifiman 901s, Pan Am.
