I started researching about IEMs the moment my Skull Candy earphones have died on me, it has served me well in the past 6 years and it's time for it to rest.

IEMs haven't peaked my interest until one of my students showed them to me as part of their "get-to-know-you" part of our class and from there I was curious if these really made the difference.

Next time we met he brought 5 IEMs with different sound signatures and ear tips; from that moment one I knew I had to get 2 pairs for myself(Salnotes Zero and Wan'er). I guess it's safe to say the rest is history.

A few months go by and I was given an opportunity to review some IEMs, DACs and AMPs; the current one I'm reviewing is the LETSHUOER DZ4 with Roseselsa 9039 DAC. I'll be posting a detailed review soon here!

Welcome to Head-fi, I started out the same way back in late 2019 early 2020. Many discussions, and purchases later, I gained more knowledge as time went on. I am still learning more about audio gear even now, and the journey is half the fun. :smile:

Hi, I am new here. Nice to meet you all. I used to have a few earphones and headphones before I came to the States. I sold them all and went to speaker systems. The headphone technology seems to have been developing a lot in the past decade. Nevertheless I really miss my vintage RS1 and would like to build an office headphone system. I am excited to join this community.:gs1000smile:
