Just got the FedEx notification that the Roxanne was delivered. Too busy at work to go home to the Roxanne . Will try it out later tonight with AK240.

I just spoke to a head-fi'er who ordered in November. He managed to get a full refund on the Roxanne after waging a campaign of emails and phonecalls. So, it's possible if anyone wants.
 
I hope to hear a demo as soon as Julie gets one in. Let's all email Angie about a demo for NYC.

Nope. Direct from JH Audio. My order number is 1129x. I called in on Tuesday. Got Angie. Gave her order number, and after 10 minutes, she said my order was being shipped out that day itself.

I am loving the Roxannes with my AK240. Much better than the SE846. My ideal combination is AK240 - ROXANNE - DSD Music. Bought a couple of my albums in DSD. On the AK240 they sound much better than the 24 bit FLAC versions.

The workmanship is near perfect on my earphones. I think they have finally figured out how to do CF pieces now. I donot see any bubbles. They have simplified the case too. No more exact negative impressions in the case. Also the inner part of the case where the ear pieces rest is acrylic now.

I am a newbie. What should nose isolation be like? The isolation is not as much as my Shure SE846. Would that be a candidate for a refit? I did follow the insertion videos on YouTube.

Isolation should be better since it is a custom.

so- i use am apogee duet...its been great for my JH13 and Denon AHD-7000 and ive gone through a bunch on desktop and portable, but the desk/bedside foorprint of the duet and the compatibility with MAC and the recording is a great one box solution....anyway....yeah, i think the wait is worth it,,,,my Roxannes sound so ******* good....

I feel you my jh16's arrive on Monday a full two months for a non Roxanne pair.

 


Wow even non-Roxanne orders getting delayed now. It only took less than 4 weeks when I received my JH16. A week before I received it they announced Roxanne.

Jaben already received some Roxannes today as posted on their FB page, including CF but mine is still not here yet, so I presumed they are pre-BF orders
