No problem. The V1 has a removebale cover that is mounted by means of three clicks, you can see what I mean in this video.

The V2 has not. Both covers are fixed and cannot be removed without opening the unit. I have defined that non-user replaceable. The reason is that by opening the unit you can easily damage the unit mechanically and (more important) electronically. Also opening the unit voids warranty thus also non-user replaceable.

What is allowed is to have the unit opened by for example qualified shop personnel. Indeed then you can easily exchange the batteries.

I hope this is clear now?

Finally after taking quite some hurdles we can announce that the V2 has gone into production now.

So it will be another couple of weeks before the first units will ship.

The first dealer deliveries have been scheduled for the week commencing July 15th. Meaning that I expect the first customer deliveries week commencing July 22nd.

Sorry that it took way much longer then we anticipated.

Hi, the sales price has been set at 499 euro inc VAT and 420 ex VAT.

I do not publish a US$ price since US and Asia region prices can slightly vary due to currencies. The local dealers will soon announce their own regions pricing.

As for the other question I would suggest to keep an eye out here in the Qables forum
