Seems Denon is adding to their Music Maniac line with these new AH-MM200, AH-MM300 & AH-MM400 headphones - the former being a 30mm, whilst latter two are 40mm free edge drivers. More info in the pocket-lint link above. It seems the reviewer wasn't allowed to play music through them (these are still prototypes) but was allowed to try for comfort.
 
The wooden AH-MM400 does look rather nice IMO.

They look a bit squared to me... 40mm drivers, still similar design as their old Dxxxx not a fan right now... hopefully the sound will be kick-ass!

Sadly Denon has gone silent sine the announcement in early June. Not certain where this is going but I do agree, these are quite nice looking headphones. Hopefully they don't change the final looks too much and hopefully they sound better than their former series (in my preference).

The announcement of this seemed to have fizzled. I see pictures of it from blogs of the local shops in Japan but I've not actually heard or seen any real announcements about these headphones.
