For mixing jobs, would NDH-20 be a better bet than LCD-XC?

Fantastic. Thank you. I just purchased a pack - anyone have suggestions for where / how to place these nuggets?

I wonder if the HD 600 headpad would slip

Go to https://en-us.sennheiser.com/service-support-contact-center, or email <contactcenter-crm@sennheiser.com>.
I wonder if the HD 600 headpad would sliponin? It is also kinda nugget-like.
I am wondering the same thing. I measured the headband, and the dimensions appear to be rather close. It's less than $10, so I may give it a try.
I would be also interested in a pair of larger leather earpads, but, supposedly, aftermarket alternatives ruin the sound signature.
Has anyone found a pair of leather earpads that work (and sound) good?

Hi all. Just heard about these headphones and my interest was peaked. A couple of questions:
I have a BTR5 and an Fiio E17k which I use for my headphones (Oppo PM3 balanced in BTR5 and the DT990 Pro in my E17k). Are these strong enough for the NDH20's?
Also: is it possible to use the NDH20 balanced?

WRT using Neumanns balanced, you would have to do some modifications to do so as they have a single cable entry point.

I sold these phones a while back, but realized the error of my ways and have another pair. They really are a terrific 'phone and sound great from the Burson or the Fidelice.

Quite a lot, actually. Smooth top end, almost palpable bottom end without boom. Realistic piano reproduction. What did you miss about them?
