d7000s are fairly overbudget for me even the d5000s with a proper dac. i still have doubts about d2000's SQ and comfort, i could'nt 
 
 
so after the suggestions and some re-searching i'm now considering
 
akg k701 with a dac/dac+amp 
 
grado sr225/sr325 + dac/dac+amp
