I have just received something interesting from @Uncle Wilson from Jaben SG: the Onix Miracle. I am testing it out as a bedside setup. It is very nice with the MS 3.2. Fitting since Jaben SG was from whom I picked up my MS 3.1 and 3.2.

Just picked up a set of 3.1‘s and looking at cable and pad options. Did you end up getting either the bass or transparent frames? If so where did you get them and do you think they are worth it?If anyone is selling their bass frame cushion for the Mysphere 3.2 and live in the US, PM me as I am interested in buying one.

Well worth the investment. Someone on here was selling theirs a while back.If anyone is selling their bass frame cushion for the Mysphere 3.2 and live in the US, PM me as I am interested in buying one.
Yep, I agree. I bought mine back in December. It is worth the investment and the Mysphere midbass have a satisfying smack to it.Well worth the investment. Someone on here was selling theirs a while back.
You will enjoy it for sure! I am have both Sus and CA-1A (as well as SR-1a) and I still enjoy my 3.1 and 3.2.As a daily user of Susvara and Ca1a just blind bought a 3.2, hope they are good![]()
Congrats! I recommend you read this article while you wait for your new Mysphere 3.2. It’s my favorite review and it goes into detail to give you a good idea on pairing the Mysphere 3.2.As a daily user of Susvara and Ca1a just blind bought a 3.2, hope they are good![]()

The only thing we can do is make assumption since I am not the reviewer. I believe he have his email information in the website, so you could maybe try to shoot him an email if you are really curious on his thoughts.I wonder how the reviewers findings (the 3.1 sounds better with this amp, where the 3.2 sounds better with this other amp) correspond with the general parameters Heinz gave for pairing either the 3.1 or 3.2 headphones with particular amplifiers.
Also, I wonder how one can say (or how useful it is to say) the 3.1 does better in this regard, whereas the 3.2 does better in this other regard, when they are specifically made to pair with different amplifier designs? It seems purchasing the correct version to go with your amplifier is the only way to go, and by extension, using the other version with your amplifier should sound worse (or, like the reviewer said about some pairings, like ass...).
I believe the Mysphere 3.2 performs well on the type of music you just listed. One thing to me is that the Mysphere 3.2 will sound “good” on certain recordings and "amazing" depending on the recording. The gap between "good" and "amazing" to me is pretty significant with the Mysphere 3.2. When I had the Susvara, I could pretty much throw any recording on the Susvara and the music would sound very enjoyable still no matter what on my setup. With the Mysphere 3.2, I found myself a little more picky on the recording. So a good and well-produced recording goes a long way with the Mysphere 3.2. I also find that the Mysphere 3.2 truly shines with acoustic music. If your recording has some type of synth or added distortion, I wouldn't expect too much from the Mysphere 3.2 There are exceptions though like Carlos Santana Abraxas album or Yes Fragile album still sounds really good to me on the Mysphere 3.2. But the majority of the time, I do still prefer acoustic music when listening to the Mysphere 3.2 mainly because you can really take advantage of the Mysphere 3.2 amazing mids, soundstage, and dynamics I really like how this headphone presents those three qualities. My favorite genre with the Mysphere 3.2 is classical and female vocals with acoustic/small ensemble music.I decided the MySpheres were probably the "best" headphone I could buy, to suit my musical tastes: female vocals, some jazz, lots of blues, well-recorded classic rock, and then "different" stuff like The Hu (who have the best "official video" ever on YouTube, featuring their song "Yuve Yuve Yu" - I digress), or some of Taylor Swift's newer offerings (I use "Vigilante crap" regularly for comparisons, say what you will, she is an awfully good lyricist and vocalist...).
Generally speaking, these observations are pretty correct.I also never heard of or owned a 3.1. Those seem really rare to find in the used market, but I would like to try them one day. It looks like @Kiats owns both the 3.1 and 3.2 so maybe he can chime in if he agrees on the reviewer's perceived difference of the 3.1 being a more “technical and neutral” headphone compared to the 3.2 while the 3.2 is more a warmer sounding and more midrange focus headphone.
