Can anyone tell me whether the Moondrop Lyre silver cable has a cinch/slider? I want to upgrade my S8 cable to a silver version, and I’d prefer to stay with the same brand.
My personal set don't come with it... I specifically asked them for more "compact" y split with chin slide, they did found something without extra charge, but I believe shenzhenaudio don't carry these customized version. Can anyone tell me whether the Moondrop Lyre silver cable has a cinch/slider? Guys I have a confession to make. I'm owning the starfield and the s8 for a couple of months now. And I tend to prefer the starfield to the s8 by a good margin. Both in terms of sound and comfort.

I can understand that. Dynamic driver bass, and timbre, along with a different fit.Guys I have a confession to make. I'm owning the starfield and the s8 for a couple of months now. And I tend to prefer the starfield to the s8 by a good margin. Both in terms of sound and comfort.

I own both also and my old leathery ears prefer the S8 over the Starfield. I enjoy both depending on which source I have on me at the time. The bass rumble is more pronounced with the Starfield I will admit, but the S8 gives my ears more of what they prefer

Thats perfectly fine too. The S8 is a really good IEM. But it may not be an inherent upgrade for everybody.

Very true. There are several $2-3000 IEMs that I do not like the sound of. We all have different tastes. That being said, I really don’t like the sound of some of those multi-kilobuck IEMs, but I’m almost certain that I would at least really appreciate the sound of the S8, even though they are a fraction of the cost. I can’t imagine many people outright disliking the S8 sound. But it may not be an inherent upgrade for everybody.
