16 weeks and counting...........
Be patient, almost there. I ordered my in February and it took 13 weeks for MK2 including shipping time and i live only 2 to 3 hours driving from Ryan, for MK3 it will even take longer. Due to Covid 19 and Custom, it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for shipping alone to people live outside of the US.

It says on the conversion page: "Update 7/30/20: Conversions are now out of stock. Due to high demand, the conversion program will be suspended until Fall 2020."

Great :frowning2:

Anybody tempted by the new Topping L30? I love my A100/Argon combo, but it would be nice to have a much more transportable setup. The L30 pushes 1.5W at 50ohms, so it should have enough power for the Argons.

I was wondering if someone could help me? I purchased some used Aragon’s and absolutely love them but the owner did not know if they have the balanced mod. I want to run them balanced out of my 789. Is there any way to tell from the outside if these have a TRRS balanced socket? I don’t have a balanced TRRS cable To try.

Can you put up a pic of the socket?

No, your is not balanced. You should see a hexagon nut to secure the socket from the outside, here are some pictures. By the way, i modded these balanced by myself.

thank you. I was going to mod these myself to balanced but when I took off the pads I saw that Ryan’s felt mods won’t allow me to open the cups. Didn’t think I should remove the felt for fear of tearing them. The other option would be to cut the orange wires coming out of the cups and attach TRS sockets to them but I think that might look strange 😜

You can peel the felt back slowly to access the screws and open the cups. The worst thing is you can always use glue to put them back.:L3000:
