okay, now I need to think of a clever way to get a rechargeable battery and charging circuit in here too.
Anybody tried different opamps with them yet??
With the m47, I HAVE to use identical opamps for both channels right??
I got my kit yesterday.
I'm going to use a Godiva chocolate tin. They're easier to find than Eclipse tins.

I am wondering if the AMB circuit would work...
The 100K resistors that came with my kit measured at 100ohm, so I encourage the builders to measure their resistors before dropping them on the PCB.
M47 can use two different dual op amp IC to match.
Got my m47 yesterday. I built it without case in less than an hour but the L ch was out on test. Looks to be a short somewhere near channel input to chip but all loo ks good on the build which is now getting messier as I trouble shoot. I'll wait for another successful 47 build before I continue. Unusual for me to have this type of issue but stuff happens,
What I would recommend is to be careful with the depth of insertion on the caps between the jacks as a deep insertion could cause fit issues on said jacks due to the width which has some give with a longer lead insertion. Top them out near the height of the jack.
