I just ordered my E9 from micca, waiting for it to test it with my K702 (and soon DT990/600).
 
There are other cheaper options in internet, but since micca reputation is superb, i choose to pay more to have it quicker, and use their support if needed.

I doubt that you will find a cheaper solution that will be able to drive 600 ohm headphones to their fullest.

I mean, other cheaper bundles of E7+E9 mentioned here on head-fi, where ppl complain about longer delivery times and zero support, compared to the bundle offered by micca and their superb shipping and support.

Just got my E7+E9. 1 day of delivery... ( lol, living in illinois, urbana and shipped from illinois indianapolis  ) the E9 have a lot of power ( SERIOUSLY TOO MUCH, WHY?? don't think if there is any head phones need this much.).... only thing i found out so far.. just unbox like 20min ago.

The power is there as headroom and reserve. Also, having so much power allows the volume to be set between 9-12 o'clock for even high impedance headphones - this area provides the best performance from the circuitry and the volume pot.

Money doesn't grow on trees yet, but at least the E7/E9 is quite gentle on your wallet, relatively speaking.
