 Jking but for quality I suggest the Hippo Vb I had a chance to listen to them, they are nice 

 I agree no mid-bass don't no what would happen if you switched bass plates.

Otherwise from what I've heard I'd go with something like the Audio Technica CKS70.

 
The Superfi 5EB's pretty much do have a sub in your ear. They have one balanced armature and a 13.5mm dynamic driver just for bass, which is huge for any IEM. There is a review from a guy on Amazon where he says they give him almost as much bass as his car's subwoofers running thousands of watts. Scary!
