how is Adam , i dont know their series but in comparison with JBL LSR 305 ?
Adam Fseries , AX series , and ARTist series. dont know which is suitable for my desktop use

Haven't used Adam but I haven't really heard anything negative about their products. Of course, that means that one should be aware of the limitations of whatever they buy in order to have realistic expectations, like the driver size and bass range.

JBL LSR305, but I'd still recommend listening to the MkIII if they're available in a store in your area. Provided you hear them in a proper listening environment,if you like them then, then get what you already heard and like.

I see 138$ per JBL LSR305 from amazon
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DUKP37C?gwSec=1&redirect=true&ref_=s9_simh_gw_p267_d0_i1
2 would be 278$. in my country they charged double :S 540 usd :(

It really depends on import duties and how much the local dealer wants to jack up the price on each unit, the problem there is that by thinking they won't sell a lot of units so they want to earn more out of each is what adds to them not selling more in the first place.

my total for a pair of JBL LSR 305 is about $540 , is that worthy for that price , in your opinion ? or i could get way better audio quality, speakers for that price ?

I'd check out the other speakers first. If it's the same range of mark-ups then it can be attributed to your country's import taxes and other associated costs (transport, etc); but if for example the average of the other speakers I posted are a lot closer to for example prevailing US MSRP online+shipping within the 48 (or AmazonUK MSRP plus shipping within Britain), then you might want to evaluate whether you'd want to contribute to the local JBL distro's confidence in their pricing scheme.

I won't get a chance to listen to those until the Manila HiFi show in a couple of weeks (if they're gonna be there), but one thing you need to consider is that you'd still need to buy an amplifier. Check what NADs or Rotels are available from local dealers so you'd have some idea of what the total price will be like. Off the bat, the entry-level NAD could be around $300.

yeah ive been hearing a good things about Elac B6 so far but its obviously new, not many reviews out there at the moment , but yeah i thought for the same price as a pair of JBL it could be a worthy opponent :)

You need a Dual XLR or Dual TRS 1/4 Male to 3.5 cable to plug them into onboard audio or into a sound card. A Cable like this http://www.amazon.com/Hosa-Cable-STP201-Dual-Insert/dp/B000068O1N/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1445455466&sr=1-4&keywords=TRS+1%2F4  or one like this http://www.amazon.com/Hosa-HMX-006Y-Stereo-Breakout-Cable/dp/B00YSAVW28/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1445455539&sr=1-3&keywords=Dual+XLR+to+3.5 either one of these will work. Doesn't have to be this brand. Just linked the cables so you know what they look like.
